CREMATION SERVICES FOR CITY OF SETTLE ANIMAL CONTROL

This contract provides cremation services for the disposal of deceased dogs and cats for City of Seattle, Animal Control.

PRICING WILL BE A FLAT RATE OF $269.00 ONCE A WEEK.

Wildlife will be picked up and disposed of in the same manner without charge. Weight of wildlife will be estimated and deducted from the net weight at the time of pick-up or will not be included in the total animal count.

The deceased animals will be picked up at Seattle Animal Control located at 2061 15th Avenue, West Seattle, WA 98119.

Pricing shall include pick-up, transportation, cremation and disposal of cremated remains.

Vendor shall clean and sanitize the 55 gallon barrels regardless of whether they take them or not.

Animals shall be picked up in fifty-five (55) gallon plastic drums. If the vendor chooses to take the fifty-five (55) gallon drums with them for the purpose of transporting the deceased animal, the vendor shall be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and returning the plastic drums back to Seattle animal Control at the time another pick-up is made.
