The representatives of the above two applicants have submitted applications to renew their current Public Entertainments Licences.

As Members will be aware from previous discussions, Greater Manchester Police are in the process of applying for revocation of the Justices Licences through the Courts for the above two premises. Greater Manchester Police have also objected to the renewal of the Public Entertainments Licences for both premises but have requested that the matter of renewal or an Objector’s meeting be held in abeyance until the matter of the revocation of the Justices licences has been resolved.

Members are asked to note the above and approve that the matter to be held in abeyance.
