General Terms for Breakfast Club Please note that payment is required with the booking in advance of your child attending the club. Once your booking is accepted the fee is not refundable for any cancellations made after the 24 hour deadline or for no shows at the club on the day. Thank you for your understanding. Dropping off The reception doors will open at 7.30am promptly and parents must sign their child/ren in the register before they leave them. Cancellation A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to qualify for a refund of the fee.
