Single- 1 Player- $100 (Includes, Golf, Cart, Lunch, 2 Door Prize Tickets) Grand Slam- 4 Players + Hole Sponsor Sign- $550 (Includes, Golf, Cart, Lunch, 2 Door Prize Tickets For Each Player)

* Mulligan tickets will be sold at registration for $10.00-Limit 2* Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place teams.

If you do not golf or cannot come you may chose to promote your name or company with a Tee or Hole Sponsor Sign for $250 or a Renewal Sign for $200 (Please see the next page for sign info and layout instructions.) The sign will be placed on a Tee Box and then transferred to the NFHS Softball Field Billboard for the entire year.
