CONCERT 2017 – UPDATE AND REHEARSALS – Tiny tots & Pre School Location: The concert will be held at the St Peters Lutheran College Performing Arts Centre – 66 Harts Rd, Indooroopilly. Parking is available near the theatre in the school groups. A map of the school grounds and parking availability will be provided closer to the concert.

Date: Concert date is Saturday 25th November 2017

Time: We will be having a tiny tots & pre-school only concert this year. Commencement time for our show will be at 2:00pm and approximate finish time of 3:00pm if all goes to plan.

All students are to be there between 1:15pm - 1:30pm. You will be unable to check in before this time.

You may either come dressed or dress in the theatrette area provided to the right before check in (your child will require their name to be marked off). Your child’s teacher and several assistants (all holders of blue cards) will then take responsibility of your child for the duration of the show. Children will be well supervised in an enclosed space behind the stage.

If your child has more than one routine, please send their additional costumes & shoes fully named along in a zip locked bag. Please make your teacher aware that your child will need to change costumes and shoes upon check in (these names will also be flagged on our check in sheets). At the end of the show, the students will perform a ‘finale’ and then be seat on stage for parents to come and collect their dancer on the stage.

Tickets: Tickets to the concert will be available from the 1st of November at 12:01am.

Tiny tots/Pre-School concert 2:00pm Tickets: $17.00/Adults $12.00/ Pensioners, Students and Children – ID will be required

**please note: there is a different price for the tiny tots/pre-school concert. Please make sure you buy tickets for the correct show. ALL TICKETS ARE NOTAVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.

Tickets will be available online ONLY www.trybooking.com - ‘Sharee’ in search engine. Performers will not be able to view this show as they will be backstage with their teachers. They will not require a ticket.

Term 4 Fees and Costume Payments:

Just a reminder that ALL FEES AND COSTUME PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 23 rd October to allow your child to participate in the photo day and concert. We are sorry for the strict policy but unfortunately at the end of each year we are left with a handful of overdue payments that have to be chased up. If you are having difficulty making payments by this date, please email beforehand, we will be more than happy to work out an agreement with you. We thank you in anticipation of your prompt payment.

If you do not receive your bill via email in the first few days of Term 4, PLEASE EMAIL ADMINISTRATION IMMEDIATELY.

COSTUME RELEASE WILL COMMENCE MONDAY 23rd OCTOBER - WE WILL NOT RELEASE ANY COSTUME WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.

Please check the list at administration to see if your child’s class costume is ready to collect.

THIS WILL BE ENFORCED!!!!

Photo Day 2017: Friday the 3rd November, 2017 @ SSDC studios

Class and Individual Photos: Dancevision.tv photography will be taking professional photos this year. The Photo Day is for all students.

Please note: We have a very tight schedule when it comes to time etc, so please come ready on the day with your costume in a costume bag. We will not be able to wait for late students!

These photos may be viewed and purchased online from http://www.dancephoto.net.au Please note: it will take some time for the photos to become available. We appreciate your patience.

NO PARENT WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS TO THE PHOTO AREA ON THIS DAY. PLEASE BE VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING ON THIS DAY AS OUR SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. SNACKS AND DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE.

Photo Day is not compulsory.

Shoes - boys: black tap shoes, black jazz shoes, black ballet shoes

Hair: (girls) Choice of one or two high pony tails if possible

Hair: (boys) neat own choice of hairstyle

All students will require their specific dance shoes in addition to their costume.

Stockings are not required for these levels and little socks will be provided with the costume.

Make Up for these levels is optional! We want nothing but a positive experience for these little superstars so please, as little or as much as you wish. Feel free to add your own glitter and sparkles!!

DVD collection:

DVD collection information will be emailed once they are available for collection. Again, please advise us if you require a regular DVD and not Blu-ray. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
