Overview Coeur d' Alene tribe will achieve its goals for improving student success and college and career readiness by providing high-quality, individualized tutoring services for students in the PIummer/Worley Middle and High School. Tutoring Direct Services One-on-one tutoring will be provided based on academic standing, need and subject Tutoring will occur on-site at the High School both one-on-one and in classrooms Least restrictive environment will always be considered Tutoring may occur in group settings per grade level, depending on the identified needs per data analysis and meetings with the school district Tutoring students will support the identified goals and objectives of the school district, department of education and individual students and families Tutors will work as part of a team to identify, plan and share duties according to strengths, skills, knowledge and schedules School Success, College & Career Readiness Goal and objective achievement Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Department of Education staff to facilitate ongoing communication, updates, data analysis and planning in order to achieve each grants goals and objectives Attend and assist with planning of career, college and vocational/technical field trips per grade assignment Work with team to plan and carry out agenda/curriculum for High School early release days Provide tutoring services during the PIummer/Worley School District’s after school study table Provide tutoring and support to IEP students Provide tutoring, support and college/career readiness resources to advance learners Assist students with financial aid, scholarship, college application and skill development in preparation for school success and college and career readiness Monitoring & Reporting Responsible for achieving outcomes per objective as stated in the NACTEP grant proposal Monthly reporting that describes the number of students served, demographics, types of services provided, activities, meetings, benchmarks and outcomes --- An applicant may be asked to participate in an interview to establish whether he/she meets the minimum qualifications.
