AOB The Chair outlined her review of SEB membership, underpinned by transparency and equity. Two options were considered. 1) To increase the size of SEB to include all Directors at the second level in the structure (Directors of UG, PG, MBA, Impact). 2) To reduce the size of SEB to the first level of management in the short term while as a School we develop the strategy and identify the right structure to deliver it. Option 2 has been adopted. The Chair formally thanked Directors of Corporate Engagement, PGR and International Strategy for their contributions to SEB and assured regular communications from Directors of Research and External Relations.
