4 Social Events CR to provide list of social events in co-ordination with 4.1 Bev Hodgson ‘WAG’s’ (What? When? How much? CR/BH 19/08/2017 How many for breakeven should there be costs?) All dates as outlined from action 4.1 to be issued to BS 4.2 CR/BH 26/08/2017 for Social Media and Sean Mallon for Website upload Tour 2017/18 season – Ribblesdale 1st weekend in May 2018 after Bank Holiday – Moneis collected via 5 £5 from membership payment and £1 from each payment of match day subs/ £90 - £100 approx per person for 2 night 3 day tour Availability and subs payments to be issued to MB for 5.1 recording of who has paid what and this will be listed MB On going for use against tour payment accruals Coach, tour shirt and accommodation to be identified 5.2 MB 06/11/2017 along with costs and break down of payment 5.3 Tour committee to be set up MB 04/09/2017

3. 26/08/17 – Venue and Opposition TBC To be pushed at all training sessions throughout 6.1 AK 26/08/2017 summer 6.2 To be released through all social media updates BS 26/08/2017

7 Coaching 7.1 2 x on paper teams to be published to 1st Team AK 08/08/2017 Captain, Chairman, Club Captain and other Coaching representatives New equipment to be provided before start of season 7.2 AK 01/09/2017 (Balls, Water bottles, sandbags etc..) Biff for Smiff: Committee agreed to support this 8 charity Reach out to Martin Rogers for best approach on 8.1 AJ 12/08/2017 giving? £250 donation or sponsorship of beer barrels
