It is to inform that advertisement “Re-Notice Inviting Tenders” regarding Small Irrigation Schemes in South Waziristan Agency, FR-Tank & FR-D.I.Khan published in the dailies “The News Islamabad, Jang Rawalpindi, Mashriq Peshawar on 27th October, 2017 and also uploaded on the PPRA website is stand cancelled.

The said schemes will be re-advertised later on after clarification.

The same is to be furnished alongwith the bid documents. 3 2% Earnest money as mentioned above must be accompanied with the application for issuing of documents in the shape of call deposit in the name of Chief Executive FATA DA from scheduled banks of Pakistan. 4 Copies of the requisite documents alongwith CNIC, enlistment,renewal, income tax and registration of Pakistan Engineering Council etc must be attached with the tender documents . 5 The representatives of the firm should have authority letter dully attested by notery public. 6 The contract shall be awarded to the contractor/bidder whose evaluated bid is the lowest and meets the specifications and quality needs of the procuring entity. In case the contractor quotes bid below 10% of the Engineer's estimate / BoQ, the bid shall stand rejected. The call deposit shall be accepted subject to verification from the issuing bank. 7 Sealed bids sent through registered mail/courier should reach upto 11:00 AM on the dates mentioned above and will be opened at 12:00 Noon on the same date in presence of origional bidders/their legal representatives who choose to attend the opening. The delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of the bidder.

8 The bidders are required to send their bids in duplicate in separate envelopes clearly marked as original & duplicate.
