STEP ONE: Please complete all parts of this questionnaire in full and email the questionnaire along with supporting material (as below), to [email protected] As long as you answer all parts of the questionnaire, including background information and contact details for the interview, you may alter the layout and provide in Word or PDF format.

(ii) Examples of your property particulars & marketing materials – maximum of 3 attachments (JPG or PDF format) (iii) A company photo which sums up your organisation - this image will be used for presentation purposes in the event that you win an award (iv) Up to 2 other images to support your submission – this could be your team, your offices, other marketing material, or anything else you feel appropriate.

NB - Images submitted must be JPEGs at least 1,280 pixels wide unless specified otherwise. Other supporting materials must be in Word, PDF or JPEG format.

PART THREE - TELEPHONE INTERVIEW You will be contacted by a member of the judging panel for a telephone interview based on the questionnaire you submit. This will give you a chance to expand on the answers you have provided in this submission and impress the judges further.

Terms and conditions of entry:

1. All entries must be submitted with payment including VAT. Entries submitted without payment will not be judged. 2. Entrants may submit as many individual entries as they wish (in relevant Individual Awards categories) – please ensure the correct questionnaire is submitted for Individual Awards. 3. ALL submissions must be EMAILED to [email protected] 4. All submissions must be received no later than midday on Friday 7th October 2016. 5. No hard copies will be accepted or considered. 6. Please note that the brand/company name as spelt on the entry questionnaire will be the one to which any award is presented. Winners may not use the awards marks to represent any other brands or companies in the same group. 7. The total word count of Section Two should be no longer than 1,500 words. 8. Each award submission (questionnaire and supporting materials) should be sent on one email whose total size should not exceed 10MB. 9. Remember, try to keep file size to a minimum to ensure your entry is below the 10MB limit. 10. Please note that once your application has been submitted, we cannot accept any changes, additions or updates. 11. In all categories, postal addresses and telephone numbers are required, as well as the name of the person responsible for your award entry. You agree to this information being shared with our partners to enable the judging process and EAE administration to take place. 12. Please ensure that both named interview contacts are available for the telephone interview time/s specified. You will be advised of a one-hour slot when the interview may take place between 17th October and 7th November 2016. If your named contacts are unavailable within the allocated time slot, there is no guarantee that the time can be reallocated and this may affect the judging process. . The telephone interview is expected to take between 10 and 20 minutes on average. 13. Refunds, deferrals and cancellations policy: Please note that Estate Agency Events Ltd (EAE) does not offer a refund of entry fee under any circumstances. If an entry is found to be ineligible for a particular category, EAE reserve the right, after consultation with the entrants, to move submissions into a different category where deemed appropriate by EAE, or to withdraw the entry altogether, in which case a deferral may be offered at the discretion of EAE. In the event that an entrant wishes to withdraw an entry, entrants must notify EAE in writing to Estate Agency Events Ltd, The Chapel, Reigate Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8RA. Cancellations received after 19 July and before 31st August 2016 may defer entry to the equivalent category in either the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2017 or the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2017 (this must be specified in the cancellation notice).

Cancellations received on or after 1st September 2016 will be withdrawn from the judging process at the point where notice is received, and no deferral will be offered. 14. All entrants agree to adhere strictly to the terms and conditions of usage of EAOTYA16 marks for winners. A copy of these terms and conditions can be found at www.estateagencyevents.com/winnersterms/ Please note that breaches of these terms from previous award wins could be considered by the judges when evaluating current entries. 15. Entry to the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2016 will be taken as permission to publish photographs, descriptions and other particulars of participating companies/entrants. 16. All winners will be announced on Friday 2nd December 2016 at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards. No short listing will be published in advance (however short listed entrants for the Individual Awards will be contacted for judging purposes). 17. The judges’ decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into. 18. If you are required to distribute an online survey as part of your Best Supplier OR Best Estate Agency to Work For entry please ensure you distribute it in plenty of time to your estate agency clients as it forms a key part of the judging process. Failure to do this will result in your submission being declared void and it will not be submitted to the panel for judging. For Best Supplier we require at least a 10% response rate from your customers who are decision makers (please go to www.estateagencyevents.com/supplier/index.html for more information on decision makers), and for Best Estate Agency to Work For, we require a minimum of 40% of your staff to respond.
