1. The Notes of meeting held on 21 Dec 2006 was confirmed.

2. About the bidding of a new school site in Ngau Chi Wan, the OBA would be

kept informed of the progress from the school authority.

3. Patrick Ng reported the committee on the recruitment of overseas members. There were 6 new members recruited in Canada by Philip Chan with HK$5,800 donation, as well as 1 new member in the U.S. with US$100 contribution received (including membership fee).

4. In discussing the running of tutorial classes in future, it was suggested that small group approach in a more interactive manner, like mentorship programme, should be pursued. Albert Su would be responsible for this programme.

5. There was discussion about the outward bound programme, the suitable target student group and the budget. It was proposed to sponsor the prefect team with subsidy around HK$200 X 40 person, i.e. HK$8,000. School would provide information to the OBA for consideration of details. Patrick Ng would pass some related course material to school for their reference. Francis Lee would be responsible for this programme.

6. There was a general feedback from the committee that there was only a few students (four students) benefited by the sponsorship of the Crisoms Exchange Programme in the last year. It was proposed to re-allocate some of the funding to sponsor a summer study group programme which aimed at lower class students need adaptation to the new learning environment. Patrick Ng would be responsible for this programme.

7. About the list of “outstanding old boys”, it was proposed to add a column around half-page for publicizing OBA activities in the School Post. Kirl Wong would follow up with school.

8. It was agreed in the meeting to rename the “Ng Kwok Kwan Sports Awards” to “CHECSS OBA Sports Awards”.

9. To better coordinate the upcoming events with school side, a meeting with the school authority and the responsible committee members was proposed to be
