Release of Liability

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, desire to participate in an outing with CWT Outdoors, located on various located in south Texas. I understand that this activity could be hazardous and I agree to act strictly in accordance with any and all rules, policies, and procedures established by CWT Outdoors and/or CWT Outdoors personnel or agents regarding this such activity, as well as federal and state laws and regulations, including, if applicable, those related to hunting and the use of firearms. In the consideration of the offer of CWT Outdoors for an outing at the hunting property, I agree to assume any and all liability and hold harmless and hereby forever release and discharge CWT Outdoors and its owners, directors, officers and employees, agents, and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns and all persons of entities related to or affiliated with any of them (CWT Outdoors parties), of and from any rights, causes of action, suits, proceedings, demands, cost, expenses, claims and/or allegations of liability which I, my heirs, executors or administrators would or could have against CWT Outdoors parties which result from, arise out of, are in connection with, or in any way relate to my outing with CWT Outdoors, insofar as such claims are based on anything other than the willful misconduct of the CWT Outdoors policies, and agree to indemnify and hold the CWT Outdoors parties harmless from all claims made by any other party against the CWT Outdoors parties which result from, arise out of, are in connections with, or are in any way related to my outing with CWT Outdoors.

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INJURIES SUFFERED BY ME AND/OR DAMAGE TO ME OR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WHICH ARE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF, ARE CONNECTED WITH, OR ARE RELATED TO MY OUTING WITH CWT OUTDOORS. I AGREE THAT I, MY GUESTS, AND MINOR CHILDREN WHO ACCOMPANY ME WILL ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HUNTING PROPERTY AND I FURTHER AGREE THAT I, MY GUESTS, AND ANY MINOR CHILDREN ACCOMPANYING ME ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT IS WILLINGLY OR UNWILLINGLY DONE TO CWT OUTDOORS, CWT OUTDOORS EMPLOYEES, OR CWT OUTDOORS VOLUNTEER’S PROPERTY, AND MAY BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE HUNTING PROPERTY FOR ANY INFRACTION THEROF.
