Friday, September 26 – An early start begins our deluxe motorcoach trip to Boston. What a better way than to start the day off with a delightful cup of tea! Our first stop this morning will be for a Full Breakfast Tea at Karen Ann’s Tea Room. Following tea, we continue north making rest stops and meal stops as needed. A late afternoon arrival to our hotel is anticipated. Dinner this evening is on- your-own.

Saturday, September 27 – Start off the morning with a complimentary breakfast buffet at our hotel, featuring both hot and cold items. Our local guide will meet us this morning at the Old South Meeting House. Our tour will start with a visit to the Old South Meeting House, where the Boston Tea Party began. Follow Boston’s Historic Freedom Trail, see the Old North Church, view Boston Commons and the Gardens, the Paul Revere House and much, much more! A brief stop will be made at Faneuil Hall and Quincy Marketplace for an on-your-own lunch. But don’t worry….we will return! Following lunch, we will continue to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum for a self-guided tour. We return to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Marketplace for some time on-your-own for shopping and dinner. Stroll, shop, eat, laugh, and wonder….with more than 100 shops and over 17 Restaurants & Pubs and 40 Eateries, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Marketplace has it all! This evening, sit back and be entertained as we attend a performance of the Boston Symphony Orchestra (performance feature and conductor – to be announced.) We return to our hotel after the show, evening on-your-own.

After lunch, we will take a Guided Tour of Orchard House, the 19th century museum home of Louisa May Alcott, writer of Little Women and of the Alcott family, in Concord, MA. Returning to Boston, we will take a Driving Tour highlighting sites in Cambridge and the Harvard University Areas. Monday, September 29 – Following a provided breakfast at our hotel today, our tour continues along the Massachusetts North Shore. Salem’s witches, rocky coastlines, historic sites, art colonies and of course seafood are some of the things that come to mind when thinking about the North Shore. Our local guide today will take us to visit to the Salem Witch Museum and highlight other notable sites in Salem. A treat today will be Afternoon Tea served at the Wenham Tea House in Wenham, MA. Following tea, we continue to Rockport, where you will be given time to browse the unique shops and art galleries of Bearskin Neck.
