Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS) has announced the spin-off of 100 percent of its Installation and Other Services segment (“Services Business”) into an independent, publicly-traded company. As separate companies, both Masco and the Services Business will have greater flexibility to focus on and pursue their respective growth strategies. The Services Business will focus on growth by capitalizing on North American new home construction as well as further expanding into commercial and retrofit categories.

The Services Business, comprised of Masco Contractor Services, the leading installer of insulation and other products in the U.S., and Service Partners, a leading distributor of residential insulation products and related accessories in the U.S., reported revenue of $1.4 billion in 2013. This business has an extensive footprint comprised of 190 contracting branch locations and 75 distribution centers. The spin-off of the Services Business is expected to be completed mid- 2015.

Masco Contractor Services (MCS) has an immediate opening for a Benefits Financial Analyst in its Home Office location in Daytona Beach, FL. This role reports to the Benefits Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Gather data and prepare bills and business unit chargebacks for benefit plans · Develop benefit plan budget rates · Communicate budget rates and COBRA rates to appropriate parties · Work with general accounting to properly book benefit plan transactions · Maintain Benefits Financial and Compensation Survey databases · Assist in submission of data for compensation surveys · Assist compensation team in administering bonus and stock programs · Produce reports to present and/or analyze compensation and benefit plan costs · Work with consultant to produce 5500 filings and Summary Annual Reports

REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s degree · Strong Analytical skills · Experience with spreadsheet and database programs (such as Microsoft Excel and Access). · Ability to analyze and research complex issues and provide resolution · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Self-directed, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines. · Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
