But if you are affiliated to a church they can’t touch you. So, who can be a trustee? Anyone with a capacity to own or hold property, capacity means you can’t give it to a minor; you can give it to a bad man or somebody who just got released from a loony bin. OK, now in England the crown can be a trustee.

Because you have what is known as a public trustee or the official Signee, or the official Solicitor. All right, you can also have a judge as a trustee. All right, you can even have a corporation as a trustee.

What kind of a corporation a corporation sole, ok, does that answer your question?

Who can be a trustee? Alright anyone anything can be a trustee. The corporation sole can be a trustee; alright a corporation sole can be a beneficiary. But it's best that you separate trustee beneficiary simply because it's called double dipping. So, we have other mechanisms in place that the trustee has to be a person flesh and blood simply because he or she is going to be writing checks

Investing your property and what have you. Now, my law firm in Hong Kong is Trustee to literally thousands of Trusts, oK. So that gives us an income so that we can pay salaries. It’s usually 12 thousand a year. Once you've got two million a year coming I don't think you're going to ha and hem and scream and rant and rave at paying us 12 thousand a year to manage your trust. Now you can even have one of your sons or daughters or brothers or sisters who have got some training in accounting to assist us so that we can train him or her them and then you can pay him or her then 12 thousand a year. Alright.

OK. Yup.

Now, how many trustees can you have? There is no such thing as one or 10. You can have one trustee and then you get to another trustee to oversee the first trustee.

And we can put that language in your trust OK. John Hancock will be that trustee but Benjamin Franklin will be the alternate trustee whose job is to oversee John Hancock trusteeship. If John Hancock doesn’t like Benjamin Franklin looking over his shoulder and if trouble starts.

And then John Hancock will relinquish his trusteeship. All this language needs to be put in. That's why my law firm and you will have to spend a lot of time talking asking questions. I will be asking a lot of questions, for example, do you have a spend thrift child? Who’s going to be an adult soon, so that we can say all right my favorite daughter or my favorite son? He wants a Ferrari to go grocery shopping on, a yellow one, and he wants a red Ferrari to take his girlfriend out. So, you tell, you say you've been given one hundred dollars a week allowances and you will use a Volkswagen bus, Yah, but you have two million coming in every year.

That’s what you are going to get, take it or leave it, until you get the responsible. See so we can put all this language in the trust. It has to be expressly stated. What happens if your favorite son and your favorite daughter. Let's say that married, what happens if they get divorced. What happens to your grandchildren?
