Mayor Yetter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Yetter led the Council and audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. Present: J. W. Yetter, Mayor; Sharon Fech, Councilwoman; James D. Yockey, Councilman; Sheridan Trask; Councilwoman; Luke Taylor Councilman; Angela R. Johnson, Clerk Treasurer; Shawn Christopherson, Public Works Director; and Ed Hesselbacher, Public Works Asst. Others Present: Under Sheriff Ehlers, Deputy Wagers, DeAnne Jensen, Claudia Prentice, Jim Gores, Tony and Amanda Griffin, and Michelle Carrisquillo.

MOTION 06:08:16:01 Councilman Yockey made a motion to approve the minutes of May 4, 2016, seconded by Councilman Taylor. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:02 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to approve the Special Meeting minutes of May 31, 2016, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:04 Councilman Yockey made a motion to approve the Financial Statement for May 31, 2016, seconde d by Councilwoman Fech. All voted aye, motion carried.

ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA

CITIZENS, DELEGATIONS, PETITIONS, & COMPLAINTS: a. DeAnne Jensen presented a recycling proposal for a recycling trailer. MOTION 06:08:16:05 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to proceed with the Recycling Project with acquiring a recycling trailer, acquiring volunteers and determining a location, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried. b. American Legions Post 85- Flag Disposal Ceremony- June 14, 2016 at 7:00 pm MOTION 06:08:16:06 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to grant a variance to allow the American Legions Post 85 to hold a Flag Disposal Ceremony- June 14, 2016 at 7:00 pm, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried. c. Tony Griffin MOTION 06:08:16:07 Councilwoman Trask made a motion to grant Tony Griffin a building permit for a fence at 2108 Idaho Street, seconded by Councilman Yockey. All voted aye, motion carried.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: a . Emergency Management- Councilwoman Fech and Clerk Johnson have attended two webinar/conference calls and one meeting in Cody to help update Park County’s Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan. There will be another meeting in Cody held on June 15th and a Public Meeting to follow. b . Garbage Collection-Shawn reported everything is good; there are a few dumpsters that need to have the lids fixed and hooks tightened. c . Meeteetse Visitor Center – No representative present. d . MCFJPB – Angie reported everything is good and the summer programs have started. Swimming Lesson will be July 11-22, 2016. e . Park County Travel- No representative present. f . Police Report- Deputy Wagers reported that traffic is picking up, he has delivered some civil papers. g . Recreation- Councilwoman Trask reported that they are transitioning into summer programs and the first mountain run is June 25th. h . Safety- Shawn reported that all street lights are fixed and Big Horn REA will start replacing malfunctioning street lights with new LED lights. j . Sewer- Shawn reported all is good; they will change out the oil in the pumps and the flows have been staying consistent. k . Strategic Planning- A Development Account has been started. l . Streets & Alleys- Ed will start filling potholes. m . Water- Shawn reported water usage has picked up. There is a level sensor going out at the water plant. Mayor Yetter and Council would like to congratulate Ed Hesselbacher for passing his Level II Water Treatment Test. Great Job!! PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION:

OLD BUSINESS: MOTION 06:08:16:08 Councilman Yockey made a motion to adopt the amended agenda to add Mr. Gores under Old Business item a., seconded by Councilwoman Fech. All voted aye, motion carried.

Mr. Gores reported the Solid Waste PER should be completed within a week. Also putting together a task order for Water Projects.

NEW BUSINESS: MOTION 06:08:16:09 Councilman Yockey made a motion to amend the Rodeo Grounds Usage Policy, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:10 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to accept the Pall Annual Agreement, seconded by Councilman Yockey. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:11 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to accept the Engineering Associates Quote of $1200- $1500 to update the Town of Meeteetse’s Official Map, seconded by Councilman Yockey. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:12 Councilman Yockey made a motion to put the 2007 PJ 18’ Bumper Pull Trailer out for bid with a minimum bid of $2500.00, seconded by Councilman Taylor. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:13 Councilman Yockey made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2016-08 Entitled: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION IN A PROJECT FUNDED BY WYOMING WATER DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF MEETEETSE. FOR THE PURPOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN A LEVEL III CONSTRUCTION FOR MUNICIPAL PROJECTS FOR THE TOWN OF MEETEETSE, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:15 Councilman Yockey made a motion to disapprove and not grant 2016 Vendor Licenses: Worldwide Products Inc, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:16 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to grant 2016 Vendor License: Hawg Heaven, seconded by Councilman Taylor. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:17 Councilman Yockey made a motion to renew H. Randol’s Camping Permit with a 45 day extension, seconded by Councilwoman Trask. All voted aye, motion carried.

MOTION 06:08:16:18 Councilwoman Fech made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:48 pm for the purpose of possible litigation, seconded by Councilman Taylor. All voted aye, motion carried.

Mayor Yetter reconvened the regular meeting at 7:58pm. No decisions were made.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Budget Hearing – June 21, 2016- 8:00 pm
