2017 Academic Quadrathlon Competition Test your knowledge in Animal Science! Compete against your peers with team members that you select for a chance to represent Ohio State at the Midwestern Section American Society of Animal Science Meetings The First-place team will represent Ohio State and compete against Animal Science students from other Midwestern universities! The winning team will depart for the 2017 Midwest ASAS meeting March 11 and the competition is March 12 & 13 – dates that are during our Spring Break. Please don’t make plans for Spring Break until the Quadrathlon is over, because you may be representing Ohio State in the Midwest competition.
When is the local competition? February 21 and 23 starting at 5:00 pm each evening!
What if I am hungry? Food is provided, so you can have supper at the Quadrathlon!
Where? Assemble in Animal Science Building Lobby
When is it too late to register? Registration closes on February 17 at 5:00 pm
Assemble your own team and register 3 or 4 members. Otherwise, register as an individual (or a pair), and you will be placed on a team with other individuals. It is best to assemble a team with members that have a diverse knowledge base. In other words, try to build a team with members that have different strengths with respect to the particular disciplines and species within the Animal Sciences major. Those that sign up as individuals (1 or 2) will be delegated to a team.
