2015 Aged Care Approvals Round

2015 Aged Care Approvals Round Identifying Community Needs Feedback Template

The Department of Social Services is seeking input from a range of aged care stakeholders to assist in the identification of community needs to help inform the distribution of new aged care places in the 2015 Aged Care Approvals Round (ACAR).

The feedback template consists of five (5) key questions which aim to establish local level needs within an Aged Care Planning Region, particularly in respect of specific geographic locations, special needs groups or other key issues.

Responses to the feedback template will be used to provide further insight into the Department’s own planning data. Collectively this will in turn inform the Regional Distribution of Aged Care Places for the 2015 ACAR.

Invited organisations are welcome to canvas the views of their members in forming their own view on community needs within an Aged Care Planning Region(s).

Further details on completing, saving and submitting the feedback template are contained in the accompanying instructions. Please read these instructions before completing the template.

Please submit your completed template(s) via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

The closing date for submissions is on or before 8pm (AEST) Friday 19 th of June.

No late submissions will be considered.
