Product - JP54 Quantity - Five million BBL Quality - Russian Aviation Kerosene grade JP-54 according to the GOST 10277-86;

Price - Platt's FOB ARA, Discount - Discount minus GROSS 7.00 USD PER BBL, NET $6.00 USD PER BBL; Commission: $1.00 USD Per bbl, $0.50 USD Per bbl - Seller side $0.5 0 USD Per bbl - Buyer side The price is calculated as follows: "Average value of three consecutive quotes "McGraw Hill Platt's European Market scan" under the title "FOB Rotterdam for Jet - PJABA00" made on the date of the payment, the previous and following days of the date of payment, less a discount of U.S. dollars $ 6.00 per bbl. If quotation for the date of payment is not available then quotes for the subsequent day applies. Payment - irrevocable letter of credit in the SBLC. Delivery - FOB Rotterdam (terminal/storage of the port of Rotterdam) a. The payment shall be made in US Dollars and guaranteed by Letter of Credit SBLC issued in favor of the Seller's nominated bank. Letter of Credit SBLC must be opened for the amount of the Contract cost for not less than 30 (thirty) banking days. Calculation of the SBLC cost shall be performed according to the price formula. 9. Procedures Signed contracts within a period not exceeding 48 hours (two business days) shall be transferred to their banks by the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller within at most 3-5 (three - five) banking days will transfer to the address of the Buyer corporate letter, confirming the readiness of the Seller's Bank to accept the Letter of Credit in the SBLC format. After receiving the Seller's letter Buyer within two banking days from the date indicated in the letter organizes bank communication between bank officers of the Seller and Buyer. Buyer's Bank officer: confirms availability of funds, their origin, cleanness and legality; confirms the readiness of his client company, to fulfill banking procedures according to the conditions of the present Contract. After positive communication Buyer's Bank will open in favor of the Seller to CITIBANK (or Bank of America) Letter of Credit in the SBLC format. Letter of Credit SBLC must be opened for the total amount of the Contract for the term not less than 30 (thirty) banking days. The cost of the SBLC amount is calculated according to the price formula. A copy of the SBLC must be immediately E-mailed to the Seller for documentation. Within seven banking days, Seller issues Tank-receipt, SGS report on quality and quantity and the authorization to perform a dip test, commercial Invoice via SWIFT MT799 to Buyer's Bank. The payments for the goods will be effected by drawing down the financial means from Irrevocable SBLC on the basis of the Seller's Invoice within 10 hours after successful Dip test. The Seller re-registers the Title in the Buyer's name, signs the acceptance/transfer Document and ownership right for the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer. Seller transfers the commodity to the Buyer at the terminal/storage of the port of Rotterdam in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000 FOB/ Act of receipt/transfer at the terminal/storage of the port of Rotterdam will deem the contract executed.
