Lexington Community Fair 2015 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Aug. 23-29, 2015 SUNDAY, Aug. 23  BABY SHOW (Lexington Middle School) Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. Event open to children from 0 to 36 months. $5 entry fee ______3:00 p.m. MONDAY, Aug. 24  SALAD LUNCHEON (Presbyterian Disciples Church) Fund-raiser for LHS Cheerleaders $ 7 per person (carry-out available) __11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.  FRIED CHICKEN DINNER (Margaret Gray Center) Fund-raiser for Center * Fried Chicken, Mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, rolls, dessert * $ 8 per person (Carry out available) ______4:30-6:30 p.m.

 VINTAGE MEMOIRS (Margaret Gray Center during fried chicken dinner) Featuring music from the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s ______4:30-6:30 p.m. TUESDAY, Aug. 25  SOAP BOX DERBY (13th Street & Franklin Ave.) Registration ends at 5:30 p.m. on race day. Two Age groups (7-15 yrs old), (16 and up) $5 entry fee______Race begins at 6:00 p.m  POWER WHEELS DERBY (Franklin Ave Empty Lots between 11th & 12TH St..) Registration ends at 6:15 p.m. Ages 8 and under NO entry fee__Race begins at 6:30 p.m WEDNESDAY, Aug. 26  LAFAYETTE COUNTY FARMERS MARKET (Bank Midwest Parking Lot) ______4:00-6:30 p.m.  BEER WAGON OPENS (City Hall Parking Lot) ______5:30 p.m.

 WASHER TOURNAMENT (City Hall Parking Lot) $20 per team entry. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. ______6:30 p.m.

 STRUTT YOUR MUTT DOG SHOW (In front of Lafayette County Courthouse) Registration at 6:30 p.m. ______7:00 p.m.
