Dear Community Partners,

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Martha Blau and April Improta, T.E.A.C.H. board members and Prom Coordinators. T.E.A.C.H. is the largest homeschool organization in the Hampton Roads area and offers a wide range of activities for the thousands of homeschoolers in the area. As it has for over 25 years, our organization will be sponsoring a prom for area homeschool sophomores, juniors and seniors. Last year over 250 students attended our prom which was hosted at Vista Point. This year’s event will be held at Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center in Va. Beach, Virginia on May 6th of 2016 and we are expecting 260 students.

We’re asking you to donate items that would be given away as souvenirs for about 100 seniors which typically attend, or as door prizes for the students. Items that have been donated in the past include; coupons, samples, gift certificates, bags to hold the items for the seniors, CD’s, DVD’s, Bibles, truffles, posters, etc… Some are just a single item to be given as a door prize and others have been included in our senior gift bags. No item is too small to be accepted or appreciated. We ask that any gifts be suitable for high-school aged students.

As a token of our gratitude, we will gladly include the name of your business in our prom program and announce it when we present the gift. We are a non-profit organization. Here is our tax-exempt number for your tax deductible donation. [SE541946260F04062017]
