Professional Experience

2005-2013 Public Service Assistant/Associate- Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) Extension Program Development Specialist. Northwest and Southwest Districts, College of Family and Consumer Sciences, University of Georgia, Athens, GA  Responsible for the overall FACS program focus and direction, training and professional development of 28 agents personnel in the 81 counties comprising the Northwest and Southwest Districts of the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension.  Serve as liaison for information transfer between Extension Specialists and county FACS agents for all College of FACS Departments, and other schools, colleges and public service units within the University.  Provide technical assistance and consultation in reporting, accountability, and web applications including Wimba Classroom and Blackboard Collaborate.  Work in collaboration with State FACS Program Leader, District Directors and Extension administration in analyzing and reviewing staffing patterns, personnel issues, and hiring new agents.
