I have plagiarised the following paragraph because it helps to explain the reason you and your co- conspirators see evil conspiracy in every corner of our veteran community.

Congratulations on your ascent to the position of Vice President of the Service Persons Support Network (SPSN). The encouragement and support you are receiving from the Mad Galah members should be encouraging for you. Your association with James Wiltshire, Barry Corse, David Briggs Paul Dignon and Padre George certainly says a lot about you. It is suggested to the President of the SPSN that he has enlisted another huge problem to bring further discredit to his organisation.
In recent times you have sent numerous lengthy emails to me seeking help in proving allegations of criminal activity at the Royal Military College, Duntroon. It is your contention that these activities were corruptly and conspiratorially “covered up” by military officials and that those who participated in criminal activity and those who covered it up currently hold positions of responsibility in our Defence Force.
Well those allegations certainly have a familiar ring, in fact it is Classic Mad Galah rhetoric and dogma, which is no more than malicious “froth and bubble”, and indicative of a person with a troubled mind.
By all means continue to send your “froth and bubble” as I find it amusing and I live in the hope that one day you may send something of truth and substance thus signalling a harbinger of regaining your equilibrium.
Together with one of your emails you included a very strange poster of an upside down crucifixion depicting a man with an engorged penis and his scrotum nailed to a cross. Whilst the poster had no artistic merit it certainly would give a psychiatrist a running start. A copy of the poster is attached.
Prima facie I am of the opinion that your allegations are frivolous, vexatious and indicative of the reasons for your well publicized departure from the Defence Force.
Recently I received another real charmer of an email that was written by you and distributed by your co-conspiracy theorist "The Duke of Weird" James Wiltshire of Wodonga, this is what you said and exactly how you said it.

Is it time to bulldoze and re develop it as an ANZAC aged care facility and other relevant community and residential needs? In conjunction with the developers, build a new ADF Command and Management Training Academy on a more geographically and cost effective relevant location nearer to real and relevant ANZAC establishments?

Pursuant to the public boast of you and your anzmi aka avm mates, “We are motivated by truth”, you are challenged to transparently investigate this “funny” record of one of your “official red hat heroes”.
During the combined successful research to validate the 2ndD&E Platoon, we discovered that a fellow by the name of Cosgrove was declared a hero on the 10 and 15 October 1969 whilst commanding 5 Platoon, 9 RAR whilst also the posted platoon commander of the HQ 1 ATF D&E Platoon.
Officially Cosgrove spent from 21 AUG 69 - 29 SEP 69 as 5 Pl Comd B Company 9 RAR, a period of only 39 days!
Remainder of his time he was with HQ 1 ATF (D & E Pl ) during 30 SEP 69 - 30 JUL 70!. The citation says he was in one place and the official record says he was in another?
Perhaps you can transparently clarify to the ANZAC community if there was an administrative error in this fellows record of service or was there another reason for this confusing time and place musical chairs? Could the explanation have some correlation with that fellow Private Peter Allen who murdered Rob Convery on the 23 November 1969, liking Cosgrove even less?

In the above email Wiltshire has declared one of our much admired Army Officers, General Peter Cosgrove AC MC to be a fraud in relation the Military Cross (MC) he was awarded for service in Vietnam. Fergus is certain there will be many soldiers in “veteran land” who witnessed Cosgrove’s actions whilst Platoon Commander 5 Platoon, 9 RAR during October 1969. We urge these veterans and any others with first hand knowledge of General Cosgrove’s MC winning action to advise this idiot about what really happened. Wiltshire hints that Cosgrove was not even present at the time of the action.
The Mad Galahs also targeted Major General Mike Jeffrey AC CVO MC when he was Governor General of Australia claiming that he too was a fraud and that he was awarded a Military Cross (MC) by his 'mates' to support his career. The Mad Galahs have no decency, no morals, no scruples and scrambled brains.
Whilst on the subject of decent veterans speaking up about the activities of the Mad Galahs – it is time for veteran leaders to make a stand against these fools. Even though they will never succeed in their endeavours to ruin the reputation of our Defence Force they "shotgun" their theories to Politicians and the Press without conscience and to a small extent bring all decent veterans and the Defence Force both past and present into disrepute.
Martinek, Corse and Wiltshire need to be made aware by those who count in the veteran community that their behaviour is unacceptable
