Introduction of the OC, the Jury and SSA Mia introduced the members of the OC, the Jury and represent of the SSA.

Event program Individual race, interval start (F) at Hallstaberget rollerski track. Race office is open between 08:00-18:30. Official training between 09:00-11:00. First start at 14:00 for the Junior ladies. Startorder: junior ladies, junior men, senior ladies, senior men. TCM at 19:00 for the sprintrace at Hotell Hallstaberget and at 20:00 prize giving ceremony at Sollefteå centre.

Detailed information Distance race 30 sec interval start. After the last athlete in each category has finish the race track is open until 5 min before first next start. All athletes are allowed to use only wheels distributed by OC from Elpex Sweden AB. Athletes and/or team officials has no right to make any technical changes in officially provided wheels, no additional lubricants etc. Random tests will be done of rollerskis. After a request of a second servicepoint OC will located two servicepoints and a refreshing area close to the stadium. Entries and draw Bibs and transponders will be distributed in the raceoffice from 13:00. Startlist will be ready at 22.00 online and at raceoffice from 08:00. After the draw a competitor can only be substituted if the athlete cannot start due to force majeure (illness, injury etc).

Distance course 4500m and the start, finish and lapping will take part at the stadium. 15 volunteers will be at the course and two medic teams, one placed out on course.

Stadium One area for athletes and coaches (max two from each team) will be closest to start and finish. It will be a marked way to start and medic. On the other grass area is the public area where the flower ceremony will take part after each category.

General information from the TD Safety helmets and eye protection must be worn during official training and competition. Rollerski change can be done only in official pit stop provided by OC. Competitors are permitted to change or repair equipment during the competition but they must do it without any outside assistance. A competitor who is being overtaken must give way on the first demand during an interval start. For all other competitions, when overtaking occurs, competitors must not cause any obstruction. Early start infractions will be sanctioned by a minimum time penalty of 15 seconds.

Information from the OC Own cars need an accreditation placed on car. Important that the teams notify the raceoffice if they need any help with transportation. Question about classic pole lengths. Jury informed that in June, 2017 FIS Council approved rule change regardning classic pole lengths in rollerski competition (athlete height x 0,83). A station for measuring is placed at Hallstaberget stadium.

Decision made:

1. Arrange 2 official rollerski equipment service points of Interval start course. 2. OC will arrange official refreshing area close to the stadium.
