New Announcements:

Friday, December 8 is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. It is a holy day of obligation. There will be vigil masses, Thursday evening at 5:30pm at St Teresa’s and 7:30pm at St John’s. Friday masses will be at 8:30am and 7:30pm at Sacred Heart. No morning mass Thursday.

Catechism classes will continue this week in both Eureka and Hamilton. The 7th and 8th grade and high school will meet in Eureka from 7-8pm.

We are taking orders for poinsettias to be placed at the Sacred Heart altar for Christmas. If you would like to order one please contact Dolores Ball at 583-5495.

Sacred Heart Altar Society will be having an Appreciation Brunch in the Parish Hall after mass on Sunday, December 10th. There are sign-up sheets if you wish to attend. The menu includes Fruit Salad, French Toast, Sausage Casserole, Breakfast Burritos, Biscuits and Gravy, Orange Juice and a coffee bar.

St Teresa’s parish will have a basket in front of the church for non-perishable food donations for the Bread Basket food pantry in Madison. If you would like to donate a poinsettia for the St Teresa’s altar in memory of a loved one, please give $10 to Barb Hoobler.

Please keep in your prayers the soul of Jim Meng of Sacred Heart parish. He passed away November 25th. His funeral mass was Wednesday, November 29th at Sacred Heart with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Please keep the soul of T.J. Williams of Eureka in your prayers. He passed away November 26th. His funeral mass was Friday, December 1st with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.

The Sign of Peace sign will be discontinued till next spring.
