Gentle - Therapeutic gentle Hatha yoga class designed to cater for students who prefer less challenging Hatha yoga postures and stretches. Breathing techniques and relaxation are also included.

Open - Our mainstream Hatha Yoga class. The Guided Open Class consists of specific flowing choreographed yoga movements, yoga breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, relaxation/meditation. An uplifting structured term class.

Yoga Philosophy – All life is based on accepted beliefs which give us the core foundation of how we structure our daily lives. In the yoga teaching we aim to achieve a clear understanding of the purpose of life. Yoga philosophy is based on personal experiences of past and present individuals who have expanded their consciousness and have grasped the depth of our human nature. The weekly class is designed to review some of these teaching. Meditation is added so that we too may be fortunate in time to have the same.
