Koi Show Vendor Information Packet

We are inviting you to attend the 6th MKPC Koi Show on August 25-27, 2016.

Location: The Pond Place of Michigan 3505 W. Highland Rd. (M-59) Milford, MI 48380 (4 miles east of US 23 on South side on M-59) 248-889-8400 www.pondplace.com

Show Set Up Times: Friday, August 25 at 9 am.

Show Open to Public: Friday, August 25 3 pm to 5 pm Saturday, August 26 9 am to 4 pm Sunday, August 27 10 am to 1 pm

Show Breakdown: Sunday, August 27 after 1 pm

Vendor Spaces: Vendor booths will be under a large tent. The booth spaces are 10’by 10’ @ $175.00 each and include an 8 foot table and 2 chairs. Additional table rentals are $10.00 each. Electricity for all spaces is available. Please bring your own extension cords. Wet vendors: 8 foot tanks for $60.00, 6 foot tanks for $50.00. Plan to bring everything you will need – air pumps, air stones, tubing, nets, tubs, declorinator, bags, and rubber bands. We will have oxygen available.

The Michigan Pond and Koi Club is not responsible for any claims from any of your customers for loss or damage to their fish or ponds, because of purchases from any vendor at our Koi Show.
