NEWS RELEASE

June 19th, 2014

Toronto’s Corporate Run is 32 years strong! Toronto, Canada – Just three months to go, and Good Times RunningInc. is gearing up for a very special night-time run! On Thursday, September 18, 2014, sneakers and sweat will take their marks for more than a little friendly competition at The 32nd AnnualToronto Corporate Run. A time-honored tradition (formerly owned and operated by the YMCA), popular across North America, this year’s newly revamped event is set to be bigger and better than ever with 1500+ runners and walkers expected to attend the popular after-work team-building event. To add to the excitement, this year’s course will take place at one of Toronto’s most classic waterfront venues, Ontario Place. This ‘new’ Toronto Corporate Run will allow Teams of Four to race 5km against each other in separate corporate categories and those who opt to walk will have their own, safe and dynamic route. All entries include great SWAG, great food and entertainment waiting at the finish line - not to mention next day bragging rights at the office! The run also continues to support the ever-worthy MetroToronto YMCA, so all participants are asked to get creative in raising donations and pledges. Registration continues online until Midnight, September 14th at www.torontocorporaterun.com. Long time runner and supporter of the YMCA, Pepsi Vice President Denis Sacks, says he looks forward to energizing his troops yet again. “We have been supporting this event for many years and hope to exceed the 60 staff we brought last year to have a good time and bond together for a great cause.” Find us on social media at: https://www.facebook.com/TorontoCorporateRun https://twitter.com/TOCorporateRun http://instagram.com/torontocorporaterun#
