SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY

 Records keeping of all QA/QC & Construction documents, Controlling of ITP, CHECKLIST, RFI, RFI/T, WPS, WQT, PQP, QMR, NCR, TQ, MR, MRR, MS/MT, CMS, Procedures, Pre-Qualification Documents, Material Submittals, Hydro Test Packages & all general document transmittal, other documents.  Co-ordinate with QA-QC Manager and adhere to policies and procedures.  Lead the Document Control Group providing effective direction and motivation of the department staff.  Verify that only the last revision drawings, submittals, etc are distributed to all locations and involved parties concerned including sub-contractors.  Co-ordinate with Procurement manager related to materials sample task.  Ensure that all revised documents shall be withdrawn and stamped "SUPERSEDED" if retained for record purposes.  To ensure that all controlled Quality Documents related to the project are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality System are performed. These documents included: Project Quality Plan, Quality Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans, Construction Drawings, Scope of Work, Field Directives & Specification, Customer Approved Material List, Published Standards and Codes of Practices, Sub- Contractor's Quality Plans, Specifications & Drawings, Quality Control Documentation.  To verify that only the last revision of controlled documents/drawings are distributed with a Document Transmittal form to all locations.  Prepare the Materials Received Report (MRR), Certificate of Inspection & Acceptance, Material Check List, Material Delivered to Site (MDS).  Setup the Document Control Data Management System, Monitoring and day-to-day supervision of Document Control Group (DCG) operations in line.  Prepare Transmittals for different types of Documents Civil, Electricals, HVAC, Mechanical, Drawings, Material Submittals, Method of Statements, RFI etc. also maintaining transmittal log for the same.  Follow-up with subcontractor for proper submission of their documents/drawings.  Taking care of all incoming & outgoing documents/drawings and maintains an efficient archiving system.  Create advance queries, evaluate and audit the data to ensure that all the documents were updated with right templates/securities and adequate properties with correct values.  Provide support to Correspondence Document Controller for filing, archiving, auditing and updating properties.  Prepare Monthly Report for all the submission to client and routine update of document numbering system & distribution matrix.  To make sure all the documents such as Project Drawings, Specifications, Procedures, data sheets etc. are logged and segregated per area/discipline and distributed correctly, safe keeping, proper filing and update on data basis.  Maintenance and control of GA Drawings, Isometric drawings, IFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, Vendor Documents, Project Specification and Technical Engineering Documents.  Sorting, Compiling and distribution of all Project documents /Drawings to appropriate discipline, preparation of document transmittals to main Contractor and Sub contractors.  Controlling of QC internal Test Pack flow and Verification of documents before final submission of Test Package to the client.  To maintain data for Daily Welding Report/ NDT activities such as RT/MRI/PWHT/PMI/DP/UT in FMCS & Excel Package.  Co-ordination with all Engineers for proper documents/information of drawing and retrieval. P a g e 2 | 4  To generate and control all QC Procedures (Quality Control Procedure, Inspection and Test Plan) Welding Procedure, Method Statements etc. for the Project.  To generate reports such as Daily Welding reports, QC Reports, Discrepancy Reports, and NDT Status etc.  Update Quality Control log for audit purposes, Maintain the full flow / control of documents as per ISO standard.  Prepare monthly and weekly reports of all tasks & keeping the photographic log in date order, to support the projects planner.  Visio Software for Department flow chat and organization chart updating.  Maintaining the Log for all their work and inspections such as Material Submittal, Technical Approval, Technical Queries, Drawings, General Document Transmittal  Maintain hardcopy & electronic records for the Quality Control functions; including data entry, filing, scanning, retrieval & photo copying.
