10:15 - 11:00 DEER Update and Discussion – Shahana Samiullah Dates for completion of specific near-term DEER updates. Identification of high priority areas for future DEER updates and which ones could most benefit from new data that could be gathered in 2004-5 statewide program evaluations.

11:00 - 12:00 Updating the M&E Protocols - Discussion Helping to get people thinking about M&E Protocol development or updates by talking through, section by section, the study rules in the current Protocols that would need to be revised to reflect the best current thinking. (Bring a copy of the Protocols if you can. The Protocol documents are posted on the CALMAC website under CADMAC, and the first document is the one that has all the study rules.)

1:45 - 2:45 2006-8 Research and Analysis in Support of Program Oversight - Discussion An exploratory discussion on what studies may be needed, in order to prime the pump for later input to Energy Division. A list of past overarching studies is attached as a starting point. Some studies may belong in the areas of market assessment and process evaluation
