2006 PRESENTATION

Optihose Peru S.A.C, was born in July 1st, 1994. We are a Peruvian, modern company, dedicated to manufacture rubber hoses for industrial and automotive use; with the objective to satisfy the necessities of our clients, offering a quality product, competitive prices, suitable suitable technology and the best human resource.

Optihose Perú S.A.C, is in all the productive sectors, as fishing, carpenterwood, miner, automotive, oil and industry in general, is present now in the national and international market.

Optihose Perú S.A.C participates with a portion of the Bolivian and Ecuaddorian market, exporting industrial and automotive hoses.

Thus, in the month of November of year 2005 we participated with a stand in the VIII Latinamerican Meeting on Rubber Technology, organized by the Latin American Society of Technology of Rubber (SLTC), held in Lima. Optihose Perú S.A.C., was invited by the NATIONAL SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIES, to participate in the program "Cómprale al Peru" between July 5th and 6th 2006, conmemorated to the II anniversary of this program, dedicated to elevate the quality of the companies and their products; in order to give peruvian market products greater competitive advantages.

To this event was invited President Alejandro Toledo for the closing.

This program was created by the Ministery of the Production to give back the necessary confidence to the national consumers of all type of products, including the industrialists.

Our participation in fairs, forums and diverse events consolidates the presence of our products. INDUSTRIAL RUBBER HOSES

There are of two uses:

- Discharge - Suction

The hoses for discharging are those that are used for the transport from a point to another one of the liquid that is desired to take. They are made of rubber and textile reinforcement.

The hoses for suction are those that are used for the extraction (suction) of a liquid. They are made of rubber, textile reinforcement and wire. The wire is used for the hose not to colapse (strangle) while is sucking.

The industrial Optihose hoses, are made to be used in diverse productive sectors.

They can be used in sectors like: agriculture, automotive, construction, metal- mechanical, mining, fisheries, petroleum, chemistry, textile, toilet, etc.

HOSES FOR WATER:

Being use in the conduction or impulsion and suction of water, as well as noncorrosive liquids in the agriculture industry, mining fishing, oil, construction, etc.

HOSES FOR MUDS AND SLURRY (Antiabrasives)

Of multiple use in the places where it is required to transfer mining mud (relave, pulp, muds), in concentrations of up to 15% of sulfuric acid and hydrochlorate acid, and in other daily workings in the mining and in general industry, where abrasion exists. Use in concentrate plants.

Is recommended, instead of rigid metal pipes, for being more flexibles. The inner tube is more resistant to chemical agents and abrasive.

HOSES FOR ACIDS, BASES AND CHEMISTRY PRODUCTS

In order to be used in the corrosive product conduction like sulfuric acid, acid hydrochlorate, hidroxido of sodium, hipocloritos, etc. It is used in tankers, tanks and in all industries that it requires to manipulate this type of product. TYPES:

HOSES FOR HYDROCARBONS AND SOLVENTS

Recommended to be used in places where the fluid is petroleum and/or its derivatives. It is used in tankers, tanks of petroleum, refineries, plants of process and packagings.

The hose takes in its inner copper wire to eliminate the static loads.

HOSES FOR HANDLING OF ABRASIVE MATERIALS

To be used in places where it is required to clean metallic structures, buildings, ceramics; in whose cleaning sand or glasses in spheres are used. Also it is used for the single or combined cement conduction.

AUTOMOTIVE HOSES

The Optihose radiator hoses are flexible and reinforced.

They are designed to resist a big pressure of work.

Its construction basically consists of:

- Tube of rubber of EPDM, resistant to temperature (140º C), and the action of the liquid that flows by its interior. - Textile reinforcement, to resist the pressure - Acierated Wire, for the hose to maintain its form - Cover of EPDM, to supported ozone and temperature (140ºC).

The Optihose radiator hoses has wire in its inner and is reinforce with rubber, so the liquid can flows and can´t oxidaze the wire not contaminated the motor.

The Optihose radiator hoses support 140ºC of temperature.

They are designed to be used in all type of vehicles where it is required to cool the motor. We manufacture different diameters and length. Optihose Perú S.A.C., makes straight hoses for radiator in normal diameters and with double mouth or double measurement.
