Traffic coming into Winchester from the South (Portsmouth, Southampton)

 Exit M3, Junction 10, go straight over roundabout and keep in right hand lane as you come to a set of traffic lights - turn right.

 After the Murco petrol station (on your left) turn left into Barfield Close for access to Barfield Park & Ride or Chesil long stay multi-storey car park.

 From Chesil car park, Winchester Guildhall is within short walking distance.

As you walk out of the car park, cross Chesil Street at the pedestrian crossing and head right, turn left at the mini roundabout and over the bridge. Keep walking straight along this road, passing King Alfred Statue on your right. The Winchester Guildhall is on your left-hand side (opposite the Bus Station)

Traffic coming in to Winchester from the North (London, Basingstoke)

 Exit M3, Junction 9, at Winnall - go straight across roundabout towards Tesco’s.

 At next roundabout (with Tesco’s on your left) go straight over roundabout and follow road all the way to the end.

 At end of road you will have to turn left (stay in left hand lane)

 Keep going until you see a roundabout

 At the roundabout by King Alfred’s Statue, turn left over the bridge.

 Turn right at the mini roundabout into Chesil Street. The Multi-storey car park is the 1st turning on the left.

 From Chesil car park, Winchester Guildhall is within short walking distance.

As you walk out of the car park, cross Chesil Street at the pedestrian crossing and head right, turn left at the mini roundabout and over the bridge. Keep walking straight along this road, passing King Alfred Statue on your right. The Winchester Guildhall is on your left-hand side (opposite the Bus Station)
