Please state this when placing your order as this cannot be rectified. When cooking in Palm Oil the Fish and Chips are cooked in the same pan. We are happy to provide this service, but we do require 30 minutes notice. Most of our items can be cooked in palm oil. Please speak to a member of staff for further assistance. We cook our Coeliac Orders in Beef Dripping. We use Gram Flour as Batter. This will be cooked in a separate pan. (However, Fish will still be cooked in the same pan as chips) and served with separate tongs / shovels. Again, we do require 30 minutes notice. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for Vegans. Look for the purple © for items that can be cooked in our coeliac pan. There is no extra charge for these services.
