BRE Global reserves the right to extend the audit time if we subsequently discover that the data supplied differs to that found whilst carrying out the audit.

Note: the effective number of personnel consists of all full time staff directly involved within the scope of certification, including those working on each shift. Non-permanent (seasonal, temporary and contracted staff) and part time staff who will be present at the time of the audit shall be included in this number.

The Annual Certification Services Fee refers to the publicly available list of BRE Global / LPCB approved products, services and/or companies on the Red Book Live website, www.redbooklive.com. BRE Global may from time to time publish printed listings. You hereby agree to accept and pay the annual charge(s) for the Red Book Annual Certification Services Fee at the prevailing rate. Annual charge(s) are non-refundable in part or full. The UKAS Accreditation held by BRE Global Ltd (for LPCB and BRE Global Certification approvals) is maintained by way of regular audits which are carried out by UKAS personnel. Part of this audit process includes witnessing the audits conducted by BRE Global / LPCB personnel and from time to time, we may require your assistance by allowing UKAS to witness our audit or your Organisation.

For those companies seeking FPC approval, listing in the ‘Red Book’ is not available as confirmation of approval is provided by way of an approval letter (not a certificate).
