Program Review  Student Life will present separately from Service-Learning  There was a big mix up regarding on overseeing the departments presenting o There is a chance that Student Life’s program review will be pushed back a year

Faculty Advisement  It was a big success  Registration starts next week  For Science classes only: you can put yourself on a waiting list (online) to enroll

Into the Streets  “Into the weeks”  October 30th has been added to Oct 23rd and 24th  Trying to find interactive sites on Saturday still  Plenty of interactive sites on Friday  *Boys & Girls club building is really cool- says Mike (Grand Opening Nov 16th)  So far, about 50 spaces filled on the 30th – shooting for 100  Shooting for 350 slots the first weekend  OFF should be turned in soon  Sandwiches and chips  Still need some more site leaders for Friday  Faculty Orientations for Into the Streets, Wed 7th 1pm-2pm, Friday 9th 9am  Thank you in advance  Make sure Kevin, Sam, and Beth Ann know about the additional date

Flu Shots  In the Pavilion, Oct 30th  Bill C wants someone from our staff to be here  We need to coordinator student worker help with Into the Streets and the Halloween Dance

Book Joy Jamboree  After some negotiation, we will be using SC 140s and the PAC breezeway  November 5, 2009  Same day as the Veterans Expo

Lois  Has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer  She is starting treatment/surgery right away  Lois is being positive about it  Dawn is taking up a collection to take meals over, etc…  Keep her in your thoughts and prayers  There are other health issues lingering once this is conquered as well

Intern  Human Resources would like to have a meeting with Mike and Bill C. to create a process for interns  This comes after discussions with HR, District, Legal, etc…

Intern  Mike is going to a SPPF meeting today  Because he is a co-chair he will be at many meetings
