Cypress College’s Official Flying Team

Each semester Cypress College students carrying a minimum of six units may enroll to join the flying team. Eligibility for training in ground school and flying subjects is based on experience and enthusiasm to learn.

Specifics: -Have the opportunity to compete at the annual PCIFA SAFECON held in January -Participate in the advanced study of flying components and skills used in today’s world of flying. -Attend local airshows and aviation events

Cypress Flying Chargers welcome anyone with a love of aviation and an enthusiasm to learn no matter experience or skill level. Pilots and non-pilots alike are welcome to join. Eligibility for training in ground work and/ or flying is based on experience, ratings, and in class training.
