ONCE YOU HAVE SENT THIS FORM & CERTIFICATES TO [email protected] YOU WILL RECEIVE A PASSCODE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO LOG ONTO THE NNSW ONLINE BOOKING SITE AND PAY NNSW DIRECT FOR THE COURSE. A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT WILL NEED TO BE EMAILED TO [email protected]

DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

 Must be a minimum 15 years of age to gain accreditation

 A 2016 registered member of Netball NSW. Any participants who need to be registered must do so prior to the course date.

 Current Foundation Coaching accreditation.

 Complete the online Section One Theory Exam and obtain a pass of 70% or above. The exam is accessible via MyNetball and the results are valid for six years. Upon successful completion participants have the option to save or print a certificate. A copy of this certificate must be emailed with this application form.
