2. JOB PURPOSE

To assist in ensuring the department follows all Logistics procedures and records stock movements, stock holding and value via Management information tools at all stages.

Departmental compliance to ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, Mastercard and Visa standards and procedures.

3. DIMENSIONS

To assist in the management and reporting of stock movements and values for core customers, approx 1250 schemes. Woking in the High Security vault(s), including Mastercard and Visa secure items and high value modules. Assist with receipt and despatch procedures for all shipments into and out of allpay.

4. ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

Logistics functions to all departments within allpay. This includes goods shipping, goods receipt and distribution.

5. KEY RESULT AREAS

Assist the manager with the development and improvement of the allpay stock control secure system and core systems.

Assists with the identification of low stock levels of client stock, communication of such to the relevant parties within allpay and replenishment ordering as required.

Assist with stock taking and reporting of quantities and stock values to all relevant departments within allpay including Finance, Production, Contracts, Customer Care and implementation.

Ensuring that general housekeeping standards in the vault, stores and loading bay areas are to the standard set by the production manager.

Adherence to goods handling procedures for receipt and despatch of items is maintained at all times to ensure auditability and evidence of stock movements and shipments via third parties using despatch notes and receipt procedures.

Daily replenishment of production departments stock requirements using stock replenishment requests.

When required assist with the booking of external shipments of goods via shipping providers on allpay’s approved supplier list ensuring best value method is utilised at all times.

Input of information to the stock system and updating on a daily basis as required. .

7. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB

 GCSE grade “C” or above in three subjects including Mathematics and English  Demonstrable computer literacy utilising Microsoft Office packages or equivalent  Organisational skills to ensure the department and team members operate within procedures at all times  Good communication skills  A smart appearance and courteous manner  Ability to work effectively under pressure  Team building skills  Ability to consult and agree plans with other team members/managers to ensure smooth operation and delivery of stocks / items when required
