1. Call to Order/Appointment of Assistant Secretary The 09.21.16 Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at the Pittsfield Education Center, 1308 West Washington, Pittsfield IL 62636 at 7:00 p.m. by Mr. James Gay, Board Chair. Mr. Gay appointed Ms. Benz assistant secretary.

2. Roll Call Ms. Benz called roll:

Attendees: Mr. Michael Elbe, Mr. James Rapp, Mr. Josh Welker, Mr. Cody Baggett, Dr. Laurel Klinklenberg, Ms. Leah Benz, Ms. Tracy Orne, Ms. Cheryl Weinant, Ms. Kelly Lewis, Ms. LaVonne Lewis, Ms. Diane Vose, Mr. William Stuflick, Mr. Gordon Forbes, Mr. W. David Hetzler, Mr. Bill LaTour, Ms. Barb Holthaus, Ms. Dana Keppner, Mr. Cody Piper.

3. Introductions – Mr. Gay acknowledged that the Board of Trustees and advisory council members toured the new proposed facility. He welcomed the internal employees who were attending the meeting.

4. Special Report - Mr. William Stuflick and Mr. Gordon Forbes presented a special report on Customized Training. Acknowledgement was given to the staff of customized training, Ms. Kelly Lewis, Mr. Gordon Forbes, Mr. Jim Fuhrman, Mr. Dave Hetzler, and full-time and associate faculty.
