2017 Poster Contest Rules and Entry Form

The poster contest is open to all GJCA members. All photos will be displayed and judged at the GCA Convention.

Poster Requirements: Posters must be 11” x 14” in size and must reflect the 2017 contest theme, “A Cow in My Marshmallow” It is suggested that posters be laminated or covered with clear contact paper. Creativity, originality and theme will be considered in judging.

Submitting Photos: Only one poster per member will be accepted. All posters must be checked in at Convention by noon on Thursday, March 30, in Perry in order to be eligible for judging. Contestants who are unable to meet that deadline must send their posters to Georgia Junior Cattlemen’s Association, P.O. Box 27990 Macon, GA 31210 by March 15. Posters may be picked up after awards are given.

Awards: Poster contest winners will be announced Saturday, April 1, at the Junior Luncheon.

First, second and third place winners will be chosen for each age division. Junior division prizes are $25, $20 and $15, and senior division prizes are $50, $40 and $30.
