Rules for Expo 2017 Authors/vendors must pre-register with this form and be paid in full before October 1, 2017.
Authors/vendors may have give away items at their tables. It’s a good way to get referrals.
The public is encouraged to attend and there is NO admission charge. Please clean up after yourself.
Saturday: (setup 9AM-11:am) 11AM to 5 PM (tear down 5PM),
There will be setup time on Saturday morning from 9 AM to 11: AM only. You have the opportunity to setup two hours prior to opening and tear down one hour after close.
Refund Policy All table purchases, including deposits, are final and non-refundable. Award Reception ticket purchases are also non-refundable
