1/ Variation to Frequency Allotment Plan

Under subsection 25(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Communications and Media Authority hereby varies the frequency allotment plan of the VHF/UHF Television Bands determined on 10 August 1994, as follows.

FREQUENCY ALLOTMENT PLAN FOR VHF/UHF TELEVISION BANDS – ENTRIES UNDER T8 – Southern NSW1

The frequency allotment plan for the VHF/UHF Television Bands is varied by deleting the entries shown under T8 – Southern NSW and inserting the entries in Schedule One to this variation.

FREQUENCY ALLOTMENT PLAN FOR VHF/UHF TELEVISION BANDS – ENTRIES UNDER T10 – Tasmania2

The frequency allotment plan for the VHF/UHF Television Bands is varied by deleting the entries shown in T10 – Tasmania and inserting the entries in Schedule Two to this variation.
