SUMMARY PROFILE Andrew is a senior regeneration professional with almost 20 years of experience managing complex regeneration projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Prior to joining AGDR Andrew was an Associate Director with DTZ Pieda in the Regeneration team managing inputs on a varied portfolio of projects including property market appraisals, feasibility studies, masterplans, development briefs and delivery strategies.

Recent projects include strategic housing regeneration advice to RENEW North Staffordshire HMR Pathfinder on strategies for a number of priority neighbourhoods across North Staffordshire and most recently the completion of an Area Regeneration Framework for the Meir Housing estate in Stoke on Trent.
