From the screens of VA01, mandatory and required fields were selected and this transaction was made. Responsibilities:  Developed an interactive report listing purchase orders entered into SAP. The selection screen provided for the user to select a range of vendor numbers and dates created. The fields of the primary list included vendor number, purchase order number, user creating, number of line items and total dollar amount of the purchase order. The list had a control break to indicate dollar totals for each vendor. The secondary list included quantity ordered, quantity received, net value and line item description.  Shipment Report: The standard SAP shipment report transaction VT11 does not display Sold-to-party number and delivery number for shipments. This report displays such info and is a substitute for the standard report. At the end of every shipment total material weight is calculated.  Developed a report that gives critical material/classification information to the user for quick access. Attached this report to a transaction code through which the report can be run.  Developed a summary report for Sales and Profitability customer wise details.

LSMW  Created LSMW projects to migrate master data like customers and customer-material info records.

Dialog Programming/Interface Programming  Created table program for market price entry and incorporated authorization, locking concept.  Create and process delays on orders. This involved a dialog program with several screens using table controls, interactive list processing to list all delayed orders, and batch input programs to place delivery blocks on orders. Customized delivery due list program (SAPMV50S) to select orders delaying.

SAP scripts  Developed a new invoice by copying the system layout and modifying the system program. Called the styles and standard texts in the layout.  Created documents such as Order Acknowledgement, Invoices and quotes.
