Survey content/questions below. Thank you. Over the past decade, the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has installed a significant amount of fiber optic cable infrastructure in support of their Freeway Management System (FMS). This fiber optic communications infrastructure is a critical component of maintaining FMS operations; as well as, providing Center-to-Center communications links for the Regional Community Network and the various Traffic Management Centers. In order to properly manage and maintain this fiber optic communications infrastructure, a fiber management software solution is needed to properly manage and troubleshoot existing fiber optic paths; as well as, support more efficient and reliable design efforts for modifying and adding to this infrastructure during future FMS project upgrades. In an effort to gather information on other states' experience with fiber optic management applications, and minimize our project risk, ADOT is requesting your assistance via a brief 5-10 minute survey. Thank you in advance for your participation and assistance. If you should have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact ADOT's Project Manager, Shaun Settle [log in to unmask] Question # Questions Response Field Type 1 Agency name: Free text 2 Your name: Free text 3 Your email: Free text or email format field 4 Your phone number: ###-###-#### 5 Has your agency deployed a fiber optic management application?
