1. Export to Excel Reports:
Cost total & Columns
A. Within the export to excel the “Cost” column now includes Avaya’s "Implementation Total" ;typically used for Market Based Package responses. Today the dashboard Cost column does not reflect a dollar amount unless the Avaya response is capability based. (IE: Project Management, Knowledge xfer).
B. Changed “Resubmit” and “Responded” date to the last date responded vs. first date.
C. Added “Ordered” Date & “Work Complete” Date to report. Captures hours/minutes for all exported dates (submit, respond, resubmit, etc)
D. Added new column for BPCC Representatives name that moved the record to “Ordered” status.
E. Changed current “Due Date” column name to “Response In-service date”
2. Added new request form field called “Siebel OTN” within BPCC Order information section. This is filled in by Avaya side therefore only editable by Avaya. Add to export to excel.
3 . Modified Dashboard “Aged” flags associated with Responded Status.

4. ORS now allows users to move record directly to Authorized from Revise status A. Added pop up warning message when Authorizing from Revise status with “OK” and “Cancel” options: Validation message = “Any design or scope changes must be Resubmitted for Avaya review” B. OK moves record to Authorized, Cancel returns user to Revise screen for possible resubmission.
1 6. Added additional Billing Information sections to capture multiple unique Payer ID numbers associated with multiple pricing requests. If plus sign is selected then ORS will open another “Billing Information” section with blank fields.
7. Updated new ORS field called Pending “Revenue Recognition Date” with same value as populated in eProject. This new field is located under existing “Response In-Service Date.
8. Added new Calendar date field called “Pricing response needed by?” to all ORS request forms. This field is completed by the BP / Distributor and located in the same section as the existing “Customer In-Service date:” field. This date can be changed while in the Submit, Resubmit, Resubmit Final Pkg. status and is validated to be in the future on the initial submit and any subsequent resubmits. This is not a required field however above validation applies if populated. Add associated column to export to excel between Submitted Date and Responded Date columns with the current date populated within the form.
9. Selling Office Zip Code- Added new Zip code field within the Business Partner or Dealer/Other Information section. A. Added validation that this field is populated prior to moving to Authorized. New validation error message: “Please complete Selling offices zip code.” B. Added corresponding field to the “My Profile” administration section for pre-population of data by BP.
10. Create filter option to separate folders by date: Enter date the record moved to the desired status. IE: All “Closed” records from October 1st 2007 to September 31st 2008.
