Hi should know process of securities issue, information requirements, rules of trade. Hi should understand the role of central bank operations and their impact on capital market prices movement. He should know also basic investment efficiency and risk gauges, procedures conducted on the primary market, different platforms of securities trade. This knowledge contain also basic requirements to the prospect of issue, kinds of document necessary to start with this process. He should mention forbidden practices, basic points of well governance. Lectures contain basic investments approach, like fundamental, technician and econometric, Charles Dow Theory and main capital market hypothesis. He should to find difference to para-banks, to point advantage of mutual funds over other units in this scope, rules of fund managements, form of inside (assembly of investors, investors council) and outside control (Commissions of Financial Supervision).
