Still to be done: Public Works will see about installing a grate between the sidewalk and deck to allow water to drain rather than pooling on the deck in front of the entrance. And the library door still sticks when the sun shines on it. 6. Thanks to State Library representative Evelyn Lindberg and board member Mary Bush, our library website is much more functional and user friendly! 7. Possibly raising the cost of out-of-town library cards. The mayor authorized waiting longer to see if the County Commissioners will reconsider supporting the library. 8. An anonymous person has donated $200 to purchase library cards for low income patrons. We need to develop a scholarship form or criteria for distributing the cards. It was suggested that we have patrons show proof of low income status by showing their EBT card, Medicaid card, or status for Free and Reduced Lunch, and that we should post the free card availability at the three food banks in town. Should we advertise anywhere else? 9. Other old business.
