DriSteem Corporation, a division of Research Products Corporation designs and manufactures humidification systems to meet the unique requirements of health care, industrial, process-critical, commercial and residential applications worldwide. We are currently seeking an Executive Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will report to the President of DriSteem.

Duties and Responsibilities of the position: The Executive Admin Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to the President, management staff and will perform a wide variety of duties related to the Sales & Marketing departments and general office management.

The Executive Admin Assistant will create and develop visual presentations for the President as needed. Work independently and/or within a team on projects. At the request of management, may act as project manager for special projects. Prepare and edit general correspondence, communications, presentations, charts, tables, graphs, etc. Coordinate the travel arrangements of sales and office staff by interfacing with the designated travel agencies on airline tickets, car rentals, and hotel accommodations. Monitor travel arrangements to ensure the lowest cost for the corporation and yet provide convenience for the employee. Troubleshoot and resolve employee travel issues, complaints, and problems. Manage, organize, improve and maintain the DriSteem customer and representative databases. Supplement with outside information and list management services where necessary. Organize and coordinate internal/external DriSteem events, including but not limited to, meetings, conventions, trade shows, rep training sessions, corporate events. Execute and coordinate the tactical aspects of marketing events and tradeshow management. Coordinate special marketing projects and programs as appropriate including, but not limited to special events and promotional programs. Work with Product Managers to determine necessary marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters and instructional pieces for reps, customers. Coordinate vendor activities in the production of promotional activities. Collaborate with other departments on completion of projects. Train, communicate work assignments, counsel and advise other administrative staff in day-to-day work activity as necessary. Support continual compliance with ISO 9001 standards and procedures. Comply with any/all company safety and health rules and policies and promotes safe work practices. Report any safety concerns to a supervisor/manager.

Experience and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 3 plus years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. High level of organization skills Excellent planning and project coordination skills Excellent written, oral communication and listening skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus Must be able to keep information confidential DriSteem offers a progressive work environment, a competitive wage and benefit package including 401(k) w/match, profit sharing, medical, dental, life, vision, STD/LTD, EAP, PTO, a comprehensive wellness plan, tuition reimbursement and more.
