The Northern Meeting – Nine to Nineties Reel Party The Drumossie Hotel Inverness Tuesday 28th December, 2010 – 7.00 pm to Midnight

We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s Nine to Nineties Reel Party. As with previous years, there will be a buffet dinner before the dancing. Orange and lemon squash will be available free of charge throughout the evening. Other drinks will be available from the bar. Dress: Gentlemen over 17 should wear black tie. Best party kit for everyone else. Band and Dances: Dancing to Duncan MacGillivray's band, The Ghillies. The dinner will start at 7.30 and dancing at 8.45 pm. The programme of dances includes: Dashing White Sergeant, Reel of 51st Division, Eightsome Reel, Duke of Perth, Hamilton House, Strip The Willow, Gay Gordons. Alcoholic Drink: Although last year’s party went very well members are reminded that no alcoholic drinks will be sold to under 18s; ID may be requested by bar staff to confirm age; adults should on no account buy alcoholic drinks for under 18s. Members taking parties should not allow under 18s to bring alcohol to the party. Members will be held accountable for the behaviour of all members of their party. Any member whose party is found to have either smuggled in alcohol, or where under 18s have been seen in possession of alcohol, will forfeit the right to attend NM events for two years. Remember it is a criminal offence to purchase liquor for anyone under 18 in a licensed premises and that the hotel could forfeit its licence if it is seen to permit such purchases.
